External rendering
- Silicone render. Smooth, fine grain and it sheds dirt.
- Monocouche. Coloured all the way through, scraped for a fine grain.
- K Rend. A textured finish that hides uneven walls.
- Pebbledash and old render removed. Sometimes down to brick, sometimes through three layers.
- Colour help. Samples at the visit, and a mixed shade if the chart does not have it.
- Scaffold and cover-up handled as part of the job.
